Once your order is placed, it is automatically sent into our system to be packed and shipped to your address. Because of this, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to cancel or edit your order — but please reach out to us at hello@letstuktukgo.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t been processed yet.

You’ll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your package is handed off to the shipping carrier. Once the carrier scans your package into their system, your tracking link will update and you’ll be able to follow your delivery. You can also manually check your shipment using USPS here: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input.

We will send you an e-mail notification with your shipping tracking number and a link to where you can track it online as soon as your order is packed. 

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped out the same day whenever possible. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
